@Cameron Rentch, got it. Lee Zafra is managing GLS and Google Ads. Noted on no commissions. Let us know how much goes to LSA for Auto Accident case types only. We have 6 LSA accounts (ORL, TAL, DAL, HOU, SAC, DC).
Noting it's only Texas, so we'd use HOU & DAL GLS accounts.
We can have a quick chat on it later today or Monday. If we can make this work, there is a potential for not just large budget with them, but a potential partnership of some type with torticity.

For Aaron, we spent $36K on Google Ads specifically Google Maps Location Extension and had quality leads from people searching Google Maps for "best auto attorney", etc. 80% of it were phone calls from tap to click, FYI.
What is the status of this hard cost invoice being paid @Cameron Rentch? And with them asking BLX staff to manage SharpSpring for Flatirons, the requested, reduced invoice of $2500 per month will be posted behind this.

@Ryan there is no status at the moment. There is alot of clarification that Abe still says is missing on the actual work that was done with the backup. We will get to it over the next few weeks.

We have 117 Client Dashboards in Google's freemium LookerStudio. Can you both color rows that we can "archive" the dashboard (we won't delete it, just remove users and mark it archived), that way we know how many "active dashboards" we have. This is important for the migration to the in-development new client portal.
PLEASE take 15 minutes to let us know which ones I can have Luke clean this up.

@Ryan please confirm that there is NO copy of any emails from me in any capacity in Copper. We just found out that Patsy has been reading Andys emails thru copper and was set up as as admin. Get this system under control immedaitely
I am personally going through Cooper right now and delieting any email to or from Cameron. I am then going to do mine. Ryan and I have both tried reaching out to our rep at Copper

Cameron , it’s nothing broken. It was settings that copper had by default. Malissa just figured out how to privatize them.

We only added you to assign your opportunities to you so they can show up in your dashboard. No one knew if you use Google account to login at an auto synced emails. That was something they never told us. I told Malissa to delete your user, delete your emails. And then create a burner email userthat let us assign the opportunities to you
thanks - major major problem. please confirm that all of my emails have been deleted completely and purged from that system . I have super confidential and sensitive emails that can not be read by anyone
It’s a stupid feature by Copper. They said as default, they should assume people don’t want their emails read

@Ryan @Andy Rogers in speaking with Melanie, she is asking for a social media tool that is like 8000/year. This seems super excessive to me.
What companies are we managing social media for at the moment that requires a lot of "touch"? Crump is doing their own thing, and we arent really doing anything for Dicello at the moment, right?
