Here are the leads that I have filtered that supposedly hit FINAL without a contract. There may still be some false positives

Here is the report of duplicate lawruler ids but different questions by case type and tab. There are 117 instances. Some of these may be false positives due to the database dump not deleting questions when they are deleted in LR but I have not found an instance of that in the 5 that I checked.
