Good morning, Emily! Sorry to bother you, but I'm having trouble logging into Sightly. My password isn't working, and I'm not receiving a reset link in my email or spam folder.
It looks like the emails are working on our end so I’m putting in a ticket to my engineering team to dig further. Do you happen to have any spam filters on your inbox by chance?
Also it should be coming from the email “no-reply@sightly.com” if you want to add this user to your contacts to ensure it can come in as well
I only received one email from March 24th from “no-reply@sightly.com” and tried to reset the password from there and this is showing
Ah okay yes if you try to do it from an older email it’s going to come up with that due to it being an older link. Let me pass this along to the team and see if we can see what’s going on here
