If it is RTC and AZ specifically -- Mingus Mountain (Sequel Youth and Family Services) is the most corrupt with extreme layers of illegal activity. The components of state contracts, fed monies, department of Family Services, and even the native American tribes are all complicit in the money and cover-up.

Oasis Behavioral Health, Quail Run, and Sonora are also very notorious in AZ. We are seeing a lot of vaginal penetration and forced oral sex. We are also seeing documented reports where the client told their therapist (clinical documents) who escalated it to corp/hr and they had immediate staffings w. the client who was forced to verbally and handwrite their experience in front of a team of 5+ purely to mitigate fall out not to protect the client. See attached clinical note.
