@Kris Standley @Cameron Rentch
The tracking plan is complete, all numbers tested. Give the TV buyer team those ?s1= from the sheet @Kris Standley so they can put them on the click of the ad to the website. Mark Hines can confirm if the ad click to the website survives the lead test if they test. Just let us know what phone and email they used to submit.
See the green tabs, your S1s for Ad Clicks, and the Yellow tabs are your targeting.

@Cameron Rentch, my portion is 100% done and ready.
*Thread Reply:* @Ryan Can you please unhide columns C, D and E in the Maryland Tracking tab in the above document (since we’re unable to edit it)? Thanks.
*Thread Reply:* Great - thanks, @Ryan!
*Thread Reply:* @Ryan Sonobi let me know they used the following when testing today:

@Kris Standley, when do you expect the campaign to go live and how long will it run?
FYI @Luke Fontaine
We'll get your new dashboard created so you can follow your leads from front to back @Kris Standley
@Ryan We’re looking at a Wednesday start this week, depending on when all the spots are approved and finished. This test campaign will run through the end of May. Sounds great re: dashboard!
@Ryan Here are the pixels Sonobi generated to be placed both on the landing page as well as the post-form submit for each lander:
Please let me know if I need to loop in someone else to handle these. Thanks!
@Kris Standley Ford, this sheet of pixels and the URLs to our kind in the pixel channel
@Ryan Will do, thanks. Meaning the URLs in your tracking document?
The link to the tracking document, and the website URLs. Mark just makes so many websites every day.
Got it. 👍:skintone3:
@Kris Standley, check your dashboard. Updated format and a log of your sign ups are on Page 4 now. I also cleaned up your data in the database, it's all TV or Radio.

*Thread Reply:* @Ryan Per Steve’s email, are we providing them a dashboard to track performance or are we just keeping that on our side?
*Thread Reply:* Thanks for the quick turnaround on this, @Ryan! 🙏:skintone3:
*Thread Reply:* @Ryan Steve asked if “Intake Under Review” under Status in the dashboard is pre- or post-consultation. Please confirm - thanks.

@deleted-U04HFGHL4RW @deleted-U04GU9EUV9A please note here are TV campaigns that are launching for tomorrow. Please test all numbers today again. Please ensure that all phone numbers are tested and working properly. Also, please ensure that all campaigns are assigned as follows:
I would anticipate
Overall • Flight Dates: 4/17/24-5/31/24 weekdays only (33 total weekdays) • Daily Spend: $4,545.45 Los Angeles County - ACTS - DL/Flatirons • Flight Dates: 4/17/24-5/31/24 weekdays only (33 total weekdays) • Daily Spend: $1,515.15 Maryland - DiCello Levitt - DL/Flatirons • Flight Dates: 4/17/24-5/31/24 weekdays only (33 total weekdays) • Daily Spend: $1,515.15 Maryland - Slater Slater Schulman - Crump/Slater • Flight Dates: 4/17/24-5/31/24 weekdays only (33 total weekdays) • Daily Spend: $1,515.15 [4:20 PM] @Ryan @Kris Standley ^

Please submit your spend each day for the TV flight, we did it for 4/17 to 4/19 already. This video shows us doing the 4/19 submission this morning in prep for tomorrow's run of number. Our deadline is "Following day by 7:00 AM PT".....but since your "fixed daily budget" you can even submit all days from 4/20 to 5/31/24, yeah that is a lot, but do them in bunches as you see to optimize the campaign, etc.

@Ryan @Luke Fontaine please remember we are NOT running the BG Maryland campaign yet.
@Ryan Sounds good - thanks for the refresher video! I’ll start out submitting daily (afternoon/evening the day of so you have it well before the deadline). Since we’re not running on weekends, do I still submit $0 on Saturdays and Sundays?
@Kris Standley, I guess send us the spend by campaign weekly, we'll backfill it to be accurate.
FYI @Luke Fontaine @Cameron Rentch
@Ryan It looks like they will be able to send me daily spend amounts for each campaign by Noon PT the following day. Will that work since it’s past the daily deadline?
They’ve already set up an Excel sheet that will be updated for me daily. Then I can just submit the spend amounts once their sheet is updated. Or do you need them to use a different sheet?
@Kris Standley, once we reach 4PM the following day, the submissions won't get into the DB, just send me the sheet that show spend by day by campaign / law firm.
@Ryan Got it. When the sheet is updated, I’ll post the link here for you. It should have all spend amounts for 4/17-4/24. Then it should be updated for each subsequent day by Noon PT the following day.
@Kris Standley, any chance Craig can get that earlier, like 8AM? 🙂 Then you could submit, if not, then that sheet will work
@Ryan I reminded them about the morning deadline, but they said they can post the daily spend by Noon PT after they compile the numbers. I’ll remind them again that the earlier they can post the spend, the better.
@Ryan Here is the link to the spend document. The daily individual campaign spend amounts are in rows 5, 10 and 15. Thanks!

@Kris Standley @Cameron Rentch, TV spend is updated in Dashboard.
@Kris Standley @Cameron Rentch, TV spend is updated in Dashboard.
@Ryan please make the revenue equal to the daily gross spend for each specific campaign. These are test campaigns so they have to be at least break even.
@Cameron Rentch, so sum up the campaign spend for all days per campaign, and make the single day revenue match that for "TOTALS" row break even correct?
Gross spend for all days per campaign will equal the gross revenue on the day we got the revenue
@Ryan no, spread it out each day , spend = rev
@Kris Standley @Cameron Rentch all spend is updated from Sonobi sheet through 5/30/24.
@Kris Standley can you please follow up with David on the IL Juv Abuse spots ASAP. I believe everything is approved. Please get spots to him asap for all three firms.
@Cameron Rentch Sounds good. Now that spots are approved, I’ll give them a final check and then have David finish the other versions so I can send those to Sonobi.
@Cameron Rentch Just to confirm, we’re still starting with just Crump/Slater in IL for now, correct?
let's start with this one, then once we get targeting right then we can layer in additional campaigns
@Cameron Rentch Sounds good, thanks.
@Kris Standley @Cameron Rentch, I'll have all TV spend for Juve Abuse into the SL financials and KS dash by end of tomorrow. I'm having to insert the IL campaign manually since the Leadspedia contracts were not on as designed to count and report the lead rows. I'll confirm when done.
Sounds great - thanks, @Ryan!
