@Mulkeen Sean, Copper is being beta tested by certain Shield employees. It is not something that Independant Sales People will have access to yet.

Thanks for the info. At this stage my client is unsure of which litigating firm they’ll be using and are looking to us for guidance. We’ve been running AFFF for a long time but this is our first campaign for strictly PFAS. I’ve seen a lot of different versions of PFAS criteria, some that include AFFF, but also include military bases affected, (like the ELG criteria), regions affected by chemical plants, (Like 3M, Dow etc) and some that are super open since PFAS is in everything. What do you recommend as the common criteria that everyone is running right now?

I’ve been working on this firm for 2 weeks, they were a referral
they are at the 1 yard line, and have the invoice in hand and ready to pay, but they are spooked by the term in the invoice of returns not being acceptable due to be claimants being unreachable
I told them that’s in the invoice in case firms sit on contracts too long and don’t contact the claimants
this has spooked them, and to settle things, they would like the return policy of 72 hours but no questions asked
they get 30 day return policies from our competitors
I don’t envision it being an issue or them taking advantage of it, but need something to get this across the line
Who is the firm? What are they buying? How much?
I have run into this issue before and I have lost deals to it. What I have told them is that the reason is because we are sourcing everything ourself. Unlike other companies that are buying traffic from affiliates and what not.
I have tried telling them that we are not here to screw them but we have to protect oursleves as well.

Well I am trying to deal with what has now turned into a shit show.
Long story short is Parker’s best friend died all of a sudden. We spoke for a couple minutes and I said well I know one of my colleagues has a meeting set up for later in the week with you guys.
He about lost his mind. He said that the reason they were excited to work with us was because of the fact that we are selective on new clients and that David and Todd are two very close friends of his. And that is why they were willing to sign an NDA with us and explore options.
His words, “sounds like you guys are just like everyone else trying to find someone to buy your leads”
He has asked me to speak with his partner Bryce and we can discuss in a couple weeks once he gets through the funeral.
I have told Todd and asked him to smooth the water, but he was irritated with me as well and said I made him look like an idiot.
His partner obviously didn’t know Parker was talking to you otherwise why would he agree to meet? And I didn’t know we were speaking to them either, how would I?
