@Nicholas McFadden I just had to add back in a lead# for CPAP benchmark, the lead# was 497194 because the agent on 06.25.24 changed the status out of Signed e-Sign QA to just Signed e-Sign so I fixed it back and the QA number on the benchmark has been updated as well, but it is going to show in the TIP dashboard as Signed e-Sign and not Signed e-Sign QA

These haven't been updated yet in the dashboard.

Nick McFadden from the integrations team wanted me to bring an idea your way to help elevate some of their roadblocks when it comes to software, they need or updates to software they need done. Our thoughts are that one this could elevate some pressure off your plate, especially when we know that you are busy with many tasks and get pulled in many different directions. So maybe utilizing myself as the in office point of contact to authorize these updates and software they need to do some of their tasks but like Nick said he could be the one to veto this on his team to help ensure that they aren’t doing anything without his approval first and use me as guidance knowing cybersecurity and what is safe to download and what would potentially cause issues down the road. Also, this will help ensure that our patch management process I feel as well.
