@Cameron Rentch those highlighted leads are replacement requests that they’ve communicated to us but have not been approved. The remaining 17 have not been communicated to my knowledge.

@Cameron Rentch the highlighted ones are still pending approval to be declined. As of right now, they are being counted as finals. Their communications about the reason behind the replacement requests have been vague, so I’ve been reviewing the calls from each file as they’ve been sent to us. Thus far, I haven’t found any calls that would indicate that the clients don’t meet criteria.

@Cameron Rentch the Humphrey lead is the most recent request from them. It came from an email sent 1/26/25. The email came with a spreadsheet attached that I’ve linked below. It details in the last column the reason behind the request. I haven’t received any other communications that detail reasons for requests.
