it actually has a signed contract and is technically in the right status but it is up to you if you want to switch it so that its matching on the dashboard its up to you
@Luke Fontaine so that lead 366839 ended up in the Crump Medical Malpractice but it should be in the ACTS Medical Malpractice

okay i deleted all the leads from today and then my list was 10 short from thw dash
these are the leads i found that are in dash but not my report. this sent e-sign unsigned is killing us every week
It was being a pain with me today and really slow. It definitely is a looker issue. I’d give it a minute it and try again later today

For Saquille? It looks like it was probably changed a couple of times in LawRuler, I have it in the dash as Chowchilla - ACTS - Forman - Shield Legal, but it looks like it started off as Chowchilla - ACTS - VAN - Shield Legal. in LawRuler
I'd probably keep it as Chowchilla - ACTS - Forman - Shield Legal, unless if there was a reason it was changed
yea i need it to show up as acts forman but in lawruler it shows as just acts not forman or van
can you please change the case type to Chowchilla ACTS only without forman

i just got an update that we will not remove those sent e-sign unsigned from the dash anymore we are going to update it to the last status it was in lawruler or change it to like signed e-sign QA that ay it doesnt trigger an automation to the firm

Billable Decline by Firm is a case the firm sent back because they didn't like it but they still end up paying for the contract since the file did technically meet criteria.
Signed & Declined is something we caught in house before it got to the firm.

I think the only section that was missing was PD transfers which should also be billable, but most of the issue with the last two reports was the formatting, and it doesn’t look like the information that was included in it was accurate
