Hi Cameron, my apologies. I had 3 Van interviews scheduled back to back. Alan brought me up to speed. He told me that Julia will be here on Monday. I'm hoping to catch up with her at that time. Is there anything that you want me to start doing prior to Julia's arrival? I've been doing some side research on gamer's rage and reading up on what the current DSM is saying about the diagnosis.

Hi Cameron - regarding the facts sheets. We (Myself, Devon, Melissa, and Jennifer) are currently working the backlog, which was requested by Lara and taking care of the real time Fact Sheets. From Lara's list of backlog Fact Sheets, we have completed 24 of 40. Originally, this task was divided up between us 4 and Tim/Henri/Vernon. However, that idea soon died out because of the pushback that I received from Tim. He made it clear that he should not have to do Fact Sheets. Henri would do a few, but they were all wrong and we had to re-do them. Vernon advised that he didn't know how to do them. After a week of going back and forth, I said, forget it, we'll just do it ourselves. It just became too much with the bickering.

Also, the 2 paralegals (Melissa and and Jennifer) do not have access to Smart Advocate yet. The request was submitted to Gina on 10/10 (Since Irene is out on leave). Because of this they have to wait for myself or Devon to upload. Melissa is still new, so we wouldn't have her uploading just yet. We still review her docs. She's great though and should be able to upload on her own soon. Jennifer has gotten much better and should be able to upload on her own soon as well.

Specficially, I need to "fall out recap" tab that shows the snapshot of fall out, as well as "make goods" required to have total fallout maximum 24%. Let me know if you have any questions. Hey Cameron, happy Friday! Alan's report is driving me crazy, I emailed it to you and Tony. I understand the information that your asking for, but I want to learn more about how the information is retrieved for MIA/No Contact and the Disconnected/Uncooperative. Do you know if this is something that ACTS sends to him? I want to be included more so I won't have to be in this situation again. I'm leaving the office in about 20 minutes (going to the airport). If I miss this plane, my mom will strangle me.
