i don't know the difference between all of them but basically Verify, QA WIP, Flagged, and IN PROCESS usually mean that there's a problem that we need resolved. LIke missing data or question clarifications

There is a process, but all of the checkpoints within the process failed. It will have to be reinforced and likely new documentation and accountability applied.
