@Cameron Rentch @Tony @deleted-U055HQT39PC Guys, I am looking at the AWKO intakes for NEC and you still have listed on the intake the following question: What is the baby’s date of birth? (MUST BE BORN 01/01/2008 OR LATER)

This is supposed to say 2000. The criteria you are using on the question is for DL. THis is causing confusion from the firm and we need to fix this right away. We are signing up a lot of cases for them and this cant be wrong.

Please let me know as soon as it is corrected. Thank you!

I don’t understand. What does email automation mean? We are sending a completed intake packet to the client with the wrong question on it that makes it look like it isn’t qualified

The first screenshot is an email we send when the file goes final. The second is the actual intake form that is attached as a pdf. So we just need to update the email automation so when they get the email it matches the pdf
