We need to get several of his projects completed now and I think the only way to make sure this happens is to have a shadow helping keep him focused. I can give you more context on why this is a known issue with him later.
If you can find ways to spur him on, great. If you can improve his process to go faster, even better. He knows MPA well, but prioritization, urgency and accuracy need a boost.

Hey @Dustin Surwill, we are in Jabba syncing on naming convention changes across platforms. The names that get changed will be in this list, but for Integrations and the Flatirons work (Nick Mc only maybe?) will be impacted. We are having these sessions to align all platforms, but work through campaigns in chunks.

I think that you and McFadden need to make that call. My feedback is that there should be a final bullet with a few sentence paragraph of how the project has gone.
I agree with Nick that there should be some summarization of timeliness of both our and their responses, roadblocks, and where we’re are at for each of them. What have we been needing that we haven’t been receiving, now is the time to highlight needs for support.

Hey guys, just had a chat with Joe, David and James about Connex and Five9 data-related tasks that are now coming to the forefront this week. Here is what we need to attack and Joe is asking for your insight and connection to help get it started. • need to pull data and call recordings from Connex and place on our server(s); questions include what are the file types, etc. and how to get this data • need to determine what file and data types will be used on Five9 in order to set up the pull of recordings and repositing on our servers (likely weekly) I'm sure there will be questions and more conversations, but wanted to get this on your radar for today.
We have a copy of the Connex database in BigQuery. David would know the file types for both systems. I do not believe Integrations knows what file types or how to get the data.

More LR issues. They are failing to send to the integrations automation email. I have manually sent an email and it is not a problem with the email box, this is a LR issue. The attached leads are: 713306 and 679215

No need to open a ticket. I am fixing the code, the issue on our side. They just did not notify us of any changes to the API
The documentation of the issue is equally as important as the fix as we move forward with Sphere and work on our relationship with LR simultaneously. Please send the email at minimum.

Based on LR's response, I have added code to log new fields instead of breaking
Scream test worked to find at least one user. The DB dump was using that user, I am updating GCP to fix it.
I had to add a 2 to the end of password to unlock the account after 20 hours of GCP failing to login. DB dump is now working again
I looked in the integration logs for KY Organ Donor Investigation Lawsuit - DL - DL - Shield Legal and found that we have only sent that campaign using the new endpoint where we use our case type id as the fee arrangement in the mapping and they convert it to a litify fee arrangement id.
It is possible that they converted it to the incorrect fee arrangement
