he did verify it with me. he was moving fast and didnt put the note in. he's been really trying and has been doing good at it
tell him to try in one hand and shit in the other and tell me which fills up faster
i just spoke to erick. it was early last week and he had not been told that he needed to re-verify a deal before sending. he then re-sent on thursday apparently still unaware. it came back signed friday which is when it got flagged
so the good part of it is that the client signed successfully and the contract is good. i'd suggest we not count this against him. I have just up-coached him fully on the re-signing process, and that will not happen again.
