@Nicholas McFadden, please drop Darrell from our Litify Dev Weekly Meeting today, and add Joe and Cameron. Joe and I spoke and have the strategy, just need your leadership to get Daniel S. shadowing McCracker building a Sheet of projects, priorities, expected completion dates, all these things. Then we can focus on politically positive progress with the highest priorites accomplished first, and push hard on HR for replacement. Then we'lll want you to reach out to Litify and confirm what Real Time, Dedicated Tech Support they offer, even if in Professionals Services at hourly rate, to support Daniel S. in holding the projects until we have the experienced replacement.
