Hey @Carter Matzinger They did update the values of the law ruler IDs so we went from like 870 blank law ruler IDs to today 52 which is a good news

We also need to discuss with them (just thought of this now) there are some campaigns in their system we don't have integration automations for (which we probably don't need anymore since they are no longer any future sign ups) but since it is clients they do not have, we need a method for them to be uploaded such as manually them manually entering them. Example:

I talked to Dustin and Nick M and I removed some clients that were in statuses such as flagged and wip. Those two have signed retainers but they are not in signed & declined or final status. Meaning, they have something wrong with them (such as maybe needs to answer missing questions or something similar) and once that is filled out it will go final or if it truly doesn't qualify it will be declined.

Hi Carter — would it be okay if we asked Brittany (and/or her team) for their help with one more full reconciliation once we’ve finished backfilling everything? The daily checks have been working well on my end, but once we’re fully caught up, it would be incredibly helpful to have another set of eyes to do a full audit across all case types and all time periods. That way, we can feel confident everything is aligned before continuing with daily checks moving forward. Let me know what you think

I would think once everything is backfilled I 'should' be able to audit the whole thing myself but just in case I run into any road blocks or other requests from cameron, etc I just want to cover my tail and also having extra set of eyes would make myself feel more confident that we sent everything to DL as well

Hi @Carter Matzinger — I’m going to start putting together what I think we’ll need in order to complete the dashboard request from Flatirons. I’ll break it down into parts, outline any challenges or limitations we may face, and then share it with you and Joe. That way, when they ask for a realistic timeline, we’ll be able to respond strategically.

I do think this will likely require a few others to help as well, but I’ll include those thoughts in the write-up so we can discuss further once it’s ready.

As part of that, I can also create a simple dashboard using just a small sample of client sign-ups as a walkthrough. That version would cover all the key points above, and we can use the time it takes to build that sample to help estimate how long it might take to scale for all 15K clients.
