Good afternoon, @Mike! I know you are probably extremely busy with APIs, so no rush on getting back to me about this question. Is there a functionality in Slack that will allow for someone to tag a team, which will notify everyone associated with that team? For example, someone can @reports and then it notifies me and my new employees without each person having to be tagged individually? If so, is this something Damon and I can set up (since he is a Slack admin)?

Hey Brittany! as a general rule, we should never use real client or lead data for anything other than connecting the lawyers with the leads. it's possible to "anonymize" or clean the data of any PII, but whether or not that actually works is open for debate.

One of my new employees recommended power BI to enhance our reporting, but I have never used it before so I am not too familiar with it. Sounds like it is more risk than it's worth at this point, so I think we'll stick with what we've been using. Yeah, I wouldn't want my data handled improperly, so I don't want to do that with anyone else's data.

I'm so glad you think that way! we collect some very serious, personal info from people.. plus there's hipaa and all the other controlling bodies, and they don't fuck around if they find out we've improperly used data

having said all of that, I am sure there is a process, or maybe other tools or something that we can use to sanitize the data beforehand. we can also check into power BI and whatever other platforms to see what their terms of service are, and whether or not they encrypt the data we give them.
