Hey guys, we have had a fire drill today with our existing phone service Connex and the quality of their numbers. Now Cam wants us to push harder and faster to get Five9 ready for testing. I know we have the call tomorrow, but did anything progress already this week?
On the lead integration side, I mean.
Unfortunately I’ve had to sit on my hands until they can give us an answer on their capabilities. Once I have that answer we can move forward on the best way to get leads into Five9
Makes sense, thanks. Tomorrow I will reach out to Elgyn prior, then reinforce to his team that we want some more frequent action on their side and probably increase the frequency of the meetings.

Guys Five 9 is not going to be able to send Lead to Law Ruler for us like we need. Law Ruler is going to make that difficult To remove complexity and get this up and running quickly, it would make sense to use the Web to lead function with the list already created, and named in the web to lead. I’m just waiting on the header authorization value from them in our meeting today and I think we should have what we need.
