@Craig Smith Email was sent to all involved parties with the following update on Baypoint Bard Powerport: β’ Campaign went live without clear notification to Integrations that an integration was required. Did not have contact with Simmons until September 17 upon first QA test with API docs. β’ We have successfully integrated with the endpoint provided in the API DOCS attached. From our current understanding this is a salesforce endpoint which we believe is Simmons system. β’ Stephanie Weiss confirmed the QA lead sent Friday 10/18 to be acceptable for production. β’ Stephanie confirmed no backfill is needed. β’ Stephanie confirmed integration for new leads are required. The automation is configured per this requirement. β’ Integration is complete and live!

In prep for todays discussion, we have made some adjustments to our URL versus Body Parameters in an effort to make this more clean and ensure we receive the minimum necessary fields via the URL Parameters.

I can provide values specific to this campaign as well like handlingFirm, matterType, vendor, orderId etc.

He thought we were good following our call last week, but said he has not seen any tests or follow ups for them to review any leads coming in. He wants to see the tests and make sure they accurately post... I'm getting ready to send the group another invoice for $300k for Bard PP and I just want to get ahead of this in case they ask about the status on integration. Thanks!
There have not been any more tests or leads since after Law Ruler went down on Monday we have not been able to use the automation in Google to sent leads. β’ Bard PowerPort - Bay Point - Simmons - Shield Legal: Complete on Oct 18 β’ Illinois Juvenile Hall Abuse - BG - Bay Point - Shield Legal: Needs to be tested β’ PFAS Water Contamination - Baypoint - ELG - Shield Legal: Needs to be tested (possible Brigify needs to change their mapping, we have confirmed with Bay Point the correct fields)

What is the latest on the integration? We decided last tranche to hold off until that is complete (@Sean Kelly). We also have a call with KJ to discuss their interest in continuing the campaign.
@Craig Smith these get credited back into their budget so we do not technically give them replacements. We credit their account.

For Illinois Juvenile Hall Abuse - BG - Bay Point - Shield Legal, the integration is almost complete. Sean has asked Mia at Bridgify (11/4) to verify some data that is not populating correctly. Once we get that verification, it should take less than 2 business days to finish the integration.
@Dustin Surwill what is status on Bard PP integration? That is the most urgent as they are waiting to fund the next round
The Bard PowerPort - Bay Point - Simmons - Shield Legal integration was completed and signed off on Oct 21 2024. Simmons contacted us Nov 4 with 5 issues they are seeing, we are fixing those issues today.

We were not asked for integration with Bridge, only Simmons for that campaign.

@Craig Smith to my knowledge, Bridge has not provided or responded to us with regards to having resources to integrate. Sean was going to circle to them, then regroup with us, which to my knowldge he has not. Our latest integration, I believe, is with Simmons Cooper and directly with Baypoint. I am getting on a call now with integration team and we will circle back to you.

@Craig Smith that was not what I recalled? I did not recall hearing anything about Bridge? I believe the integrations he is talking about is dorectly with Baypoint
