Hey Ryan, I was speaking to Desiree from BCL, she was asking to retrigger the automation from all LSA/SIL Inbound campaigns from 06/01/2023-10/31/2023. I was thinking the best way to make this happen is to create a Case Review Phone Transfer Retriggered and Case Review Email Transfer Retriggered status so it doesn't mess with any of the billing stuff. Do you have any other solutions you'd prefer?

Hey Ryan, I was taking a look at this. For the Signed e-Sign QA status, that is being used if a status is Signed e-Sign Final and is accidentally changed from final to something else. The Signed e-Sign QA status prevents duplicate automations from being sent to the attorneys.
