Hi Nick, just wanted to loop you in and let you know that due to the integration issue we discovered yesterday related to the Torticity case not being sent to Torticity in a timely manner, the client ultimately decided to drop us as their attorneys.

I’m sharing this not to place blame, but to highlight the impact these kinds of issues can have on the firm when they occur. Fortunately, this is just one case—but it’s a reminder of how critical these processes are.
