Please confirm 1) this is accurate and has been reviewed to ensure it is 100% accurate and up to date based on reporting we get daily from DL and 2) then go through every other case type and get them update to ensure accuracy and 3) confirm this will be updated daily and 4) give me timeline of when this benchmark sheet will be sunsetted but every data point will be moved into updated dashboards

@Cameron Rentch I reviewed this with Carter and everything looks good. I’ll double-check the values once more before giving the final approval to send over to Flatirons. I can handle daily updates (M–F) and will coordinate with the team on timelines for moving data points into the dashboards.

@Cameron Rentch We will go through the secondary interviews to make sure that it is up to date and that the previously sent PFSs are not counted. We will be able to start on this on Monday with AFFF and AFFF-PFAS military and then move to the rest of the case types with secondaries.

Cam - All - Just met with McFadden & Edward - Script for merging LR Data with JP's Medical Report will include (2) Checks ASAP (now/today) which will be capable of detecting/erroring on the scenario which occurred today.

@Joe Santana I was able to update the code and I am now providing you my update:

  1. If any column in the output file comes through completely blank, the script will now stop immediately and alert me with a clear error message. This ensures I catch the issue right away and prevents silent errors from slipping into the Google Sheets upload.
  2. I hard-coded the exact column names + order, so if JP’s report changes even slightly (spelling, new column, wrong order, etc.), it’ll fail fast and flag it for me to review. 3 It now handles .csv files natively (before I had to convert .xlsx → .csv) (Wasn't an issue but makes my process easier)
  3. Added some built-in safety checks so we won’t run into the issue from today again — Lastly, I’ll still do a quick manual verification step to ensure things pasted correctly as well and that the numbers on the benchmark are updating as normal.

Good morning @Cameron Rentch I was able to update the script Friday and today I ran it and looks like those columns that were blank are no longer blank. I took a glance at it and I can see all the fields are populated so looks good to me

@Cameron Rentch I have to take the reconciliation for the secondary interviews for AFFF and still apply it to the benchmarks. I didn't have a chance to this morning with all of the meetings first thing. I will be updating that after my 11:30 meeting
