46 will be declined. I know you work on them daily. Cameron wants to see these tomorrow and Tony just called me and asked for me to send this over to make sure they are removed. I guess they wanted a back up to make double sure

I don't know if you also do anything with billable declined by firm or opt outs, but there are 26 billable declined by firms and 3 opt outs

We do, and we count those. @deleted-U06C7A8PVLJ , make sure you the statuses based on actuals so we can count them.

Tomorrow please make sure the log table count matches the dash after you save the status update and post that in the channel for me please.

Copy that. So the ones that are "Signed e-Sign - Billable Declined by Firm" and "Signed e-Sign Client Opt Out" were already in LR in that status and also in PGadmin with that status so no updates needed for those. Those that were in Signed e-Sign FINAL in LR shows them as Signed & DECLINED in LR so I updated PGadmin database to reflect what is shown in Law Ruler. Here are the ones that I updated to Signed & DECLINED (based on what Law Ruler shows them as):

I am seeing Illinois Juvenile Hall Abuse - Crump/TPMB (TIP) - Shield Legal and Illinois Juvenile Hall Abuse - Crump - TPMB (TIP) - Shield Legal as two case types in the dashboard for the one case type Illinois Juvenile Hall Abuse - Crump - TPMB (TIP) - Shield Legal in LawRuler. Can these be combined? There is only one client in the case type with the / (lead ID 590156)
