The "Currently Assigned" sheet has all point values per case type that we currently have. "WIP" sheet will get updated with point values after I sit with Tony and I will update you here once they are completed.

I'm still waiting on Tony to fill out the billable rates, but I have the sheet I sent you built out for the other fields. Looking at this message however, you have agent overide active, and agent override commission fields, and I'm not sure what those are to be used for. Can you provide some clarity on those two fields?
