Meeting went well enough. CRM turned into CRM with AI, + Marketing tool like Leadspedia + law firm portal + PNC portal on a whole different website..
But I was able to express my concerns about AI costs and scope in a way that seemed to be understood
And they want to have an AI chatbot for the client portal
Also heard back from Leadspedia and got what we believe at the moment is an answer on how to get what we need out of leadspedia
Glad it went well, but the project seems to just keep growing. If they understood the cost impact, did they brush it off or was it a concern?
They are going to get estimates, and see what Google says. According to Ryan, Google has programs where they help pay for development costs, if you use GCP for all Data platforms
But I planed a seed for Cam to think about.
Side note, I recommend emailing Shellie and Connie about your Paylocity PTO balance issues. I sent mine over last night and even though Connie is out, Shellie is going to follow up on it. Apparently there was a need for balance reconciliation in the past and I didn't get included in it (that's the assumption), so getting yours right amid the transfer from SL to TIP is probably going to be wrong to start with.

Made some HUGE progress today code and database wise. We finally got a raw source of truth for the leadspedia contract Ids, and developed a process to associate them with the leads in lawruler.
This is something we have been trying to solve for like two weeks!
Gotta figure out automations on all of it, but it's a big roadblock out of the way

Hitting a roadblock on my testing. It looks like when Dustin "improved" McFadden's code and removed those 200+ lines of code, it messed something up so were not getting the leadspedia data anymore. I reached out and he's attempting to fix now.
But I was able to generate reports from five9 that you can access without Bigquery, to compare to leadspediaallsold once that gets back up and running
We were getting all of them before, like the 500k+ I showed you, and now we are only getting like 40k so we cant' use it as a way to compare the two. I'm reaching out now to see if they can just roll the code back temporarily so we can at least get a snapshot for testing.
Updates for the day: • Reached out to Mark as requested, and CCed you on all that communication. • In that process, I build a tool we can run to check for new campaigns, or changes in campaign names in Lawruler. This will feed into the PCTID data that all the other flows use. • I'm still digging away on attempting to build testing for the leadspedia -> lawruler -> five9. With the Leadspedia pipeline being down, I've been attempting to verify through very manual methods. • Spoke with Dustin for awhile trying to figure out why the Leadspedia lead pipeline went down and researched alternatives there are to get what we need. • Through manual methods I am seeing some odd stuff. Some leads are going through but I'm also seeing Leads showing up in Five9 that aren't in Leadspedia, and Leadspedia leads that aren't showing up in Five9. I don't trust any of it yet though because I'm having to rely on unreliable data until we get that Leadspedia pipeline back up.

Ultimately if agents don't like it, thats unfortunate but the way it is- Hopefully the weekend just gives upset people time to cool off and doesn't create more issues.
Just because we need to see all campaigns gets leads piped in via API. We had 488 new leads yesterday and TBD for today. We don’t even have to do it all day, but to run through several campaigns and make sure we catch new ones will be confidence building.
Talked to Tony and Jackson, turns out they are looking at different things, but I wrote out a machine learning model that should search for spam leads. Still very much just testing phase though..
It's gonna keep my PC locked down for a bit so I went for lunch

We determined a solution but before moving forward, I want to ensure It's approved from a business standpoint.
When a lead generates a referral (think brother for video game addiction) agent tags the case as a referral, and pd copy pastes the case_description field on Lawruler from the original lead to the referral lead.
When a lead gets moved from one campaign to another, we change the LR casetype but keep everything else the same, which means that the media buyer still gets paid, but we bill and send the lead to the proper firm.
We are discussing it with Sobo, and we plan on meeting with Louise to make sure PD is trained on this

I can imagine! I'm making good progress on the current sprint and already got more done than I expected to today, with hopefully a few more big tasks done by end of day.
I'm hoping that when we move forward with whatever new CRM it is, we set it up where agents physically are not able to submit their info without it being in the correct format. ( It's a method used in Data Governance )
That way we can stop incorrect data in it's tracks before it ever hits our systems

Stepping AFK for a little bit to make lunch, but already got a lot done today.
Built a front and back end system for "Other" Revenue systems, with a unique ID system and ability for Rose and other people in accounting to add revenue points and select clients based off our firms list.
Still gotta work a few little tweaks out but so far so good!
Expect it to be broken for a little bit (studio does not allow rolling updates)

We need some cohesive direction on the scope of this project and who's actually supposed to be doing it. I can build a commission system using code, dashboards for supervisors, and checking itself with LR_data but it won't be real time, it will be updated hourly.
It looks like Anthony is pretty hard stuck on keeping everyone on his system, and different leaders are telling different people to build this system..
If we want to say forget it and just let him do it, because it's not worth the fight and lack of leadership direction then all I would need is to get the data from all of this into BQ, but I am concerned what happens when this system grows and breaks because excel can't handle it
