Hey Cory, what was Darrell’s role upon hiring. Just curious to ensure we get him going.

@deleted-U056TJH4KUL, can you send me the JD for the SL social media role you are hiring for? And what is the comp. range?
@deleted-U056TJH4KUL, what is your phone again? I have a Yext senior manager with partnership experience recently thrusted into job market and want to refer her to you.
Sure, can you @ tag me or resend his bullet summary or resume?
But, if you dont want to 'use the force', here's his resume for ya too 🙂
ust got done with James and I really liked our conversation. He has some basic Python knowledge but most importantly has experience with Power Automate and is a great communicator. His response to my scenario was by far the best. His eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and problem solve was great to hear and was more forthright than the other two candidates. Also, he was the only one that had truly insightful questions for me at the end. He does not have a lot of formal management experience but has been a team lead and been responsible for tracking and communication. I would feel comfortable putting him in front of any client engagement.
^ are McFadden's notes on him, too
Send me information on Dustin, can do between 12PM to 2PM PT @deleted-U056TJH4KUL
If today -- I could probably get him set for 1230 or 1pm today - but would need to confirm ASAP as I'm about to jump on some other calls (sorry to put pressure on you)
Dustin Surwill: • Good comm skills • Open to looking after layoffs at his last company • Excellent tenure -- 3 years at last company, and 5 years at the one before • Seems to have strong API, Python, and SQL experience - happy to be hands on at all levels • Is working on finishing his bachelors at nights/weekends (go at your own pace classes) through an online university in Data Management/Data Analytics - He's the kind of guy that seems to want to just keep learning no matter what • Does not have a ton of actual hands on management skills - but he has reviewed other's work, and might be a good fit in the Supervisor role
Nick talked to him - liked him, and said he could be a manager type hire
@deleted-U056TJH4KUL in focus mode, sorry. Tomorrow.
Can we do 1pm tomorrow for Dustin with you @Ryan? If so, will have him call you as we did the others
but if not - here ya go
