@Andy Rogers @Brian Thiessen Brian, I could use your help on a refund that was approved by Cam and Andy. It is for Saddle Rock and the amount is $46,000. They have recently had an email hack issue, so they ask that you call their Accounting person to get their wire info. That person's name is Kelly Nageli

FYI, just checked them in our system (Yardi), they've only paid $50,000 of the $100,000 they were invoiced. We're refunding them $46K from the $50K they paid? And does this mean we don't expect the remaining $50K to be paid, I can reverse that in the system? Thanks
