A couple reminders to get us started: 1. Please remind your staff that the kitchen and bathrooms near the training room are off-limits. They should be open after 3:00 pm. 2. Please let your teams know that the integration teams area is off-limits. It is not to be used as a walkway to and from the building entrance/exit adjacent to it. Also, that entrance/exit is to only be used by the maintenance/moving people. Everyone else should be going through the front entrance.

@here There is leftover food in the kitchen by the training room. Please let your teams know. Please tell them not to take the soda and sparkling water from the refrigerator though. That is for another event. But they are welcome to take the soda that is on the counter by the microwaves. Also, the restrooms there are open. Thank you!

@here Good evening. Apologies if you’re getting this message late. But wanted to post so everyone is aware fist thing tomorrow. I just got this message from my closing lead. Looks like we continue to have issues with someone clogging the toilets in the women’s restroom. Please inform your team that these bathrooms are off limits until further notice. And let’s also enforce the message Shellie gave us last week to our teams. This would be the 3rd time the plumbers have been called in the last 2 week.

<p>Joe has requested that the restrooms on the intake side of the Badura Office remain unused until they can be properly cleaned. Also if we can consider putting up signs to indicate that the restrooms are temporarily out of service until the janitorial team can address the issue. Additionally, the plumber reported finding a significant amount of non flushable items, including feminine hygiene products, in the plumbing. Just wanted to inform you, Thank you.</p>

@here Good Morning! I sent out a size request form a few weeks ago with some instructions for any agents who did not receive both Tort shirts to let their managers know what shirt they were missing but I have not received anything from any managers. @here We have noticed some supervisors coming in the back door in the accounting/ hr department. That entrance is for accounting and hr only. All employees, including supervisors, should be entering the building from the front main entrance. Thank you.

@here Hi All, there has been a lot of lengthy, food-included meetings in the main conference rooms of late and to keep the spaces clean and professional, please be reminded...thanks 🙂 • Meals and breaks should be taken in designated break/common spaces; Meals in conference rooms are not allowed with the exception of client/vendor visits • Conference Rooms 1 & 2 are only to be reserved for large groups and/or client/vendor meetings that require AV equipment usage and/or an appropriate setting for the content/conversations • 1:1s and interviews should be conducted in offices, open shared spaces, or in Conference Room 3 whenever possible
