Hey @Cameron Rentch! We have been receiving replacement requests for the Ozempic Nigh Goldenberg case over the last 2 days. I have been tracking them on a sheet similar to the AFFF ELG replacement requests. In total, they have requested 6 replacements, 3 of them do not meet criteria (non-qualifying diagnoses), but the other 3 do meet the agreed upon criteria. Our criteria does not mention an SOL with regards to when Ozempic was made available, it also does not detail the dosage and frequency of usage that the firm deems acceptable. The sheet has 4 tabs for the reasons the firm requested the replacements.

@Cameron Rentch AFFF Missing S1 Here's the sheet for the missing S1's. Anthony Soboleski helped me get to the bottom of why they're missing. All of the leads originated in other campaigns that have since closed. When the leads were moved to new campaigns, the S1's did not transfer because LawRuler does not recognize our S1's as a standardized field, they are considered custom fields, so any time a leads is moved from one campaign to another, the S1 remains in the original inquiry notes but does not transfer to the new S1 field. I apologize for any confusion I may have caused.

Hey @Cameron Rentch! We are still receiving lots Camp Lejeune leads with PNC's that speak Spanish only and have never been to Camp Lejeune. I spoke with an agent who speaks Spanish and it appears that all of the PNC's are under the belief that the form they filled out is a job application. I'm not certain if the inquiry they're responding to is in Spanish or if it originally was in English and their phones translated the inquiry into Spanish. Just wanted to let you know that it's still happening and we now know what the PNC thinks they're signing up for. The S1's the leads are coming from are: PL-FacebookMB-CPF23 PL-FacebookMB-CPF24

Hey @Cameron Rentch! We received a replacement request from Walsh for an Ozempic case. The one we received today is on the Non-qualifying Diagnosis tab. The email we received was very vague and did not provide any insight as to why they will not be accepting the case. Based on previous replacement requests, my belief is that it has to do with the injury being related to the gallbladder. We have received previous replacement requests due to the injuries being gallbladder related, however we have never received guidance from the firm to update criteria to reflect that they aren't accepting gallbladder related injuries. One of them (568027) was an error on our end where a box was clicked mistakenly that should not have been but qualifies otherwise. Hey @Cameron Rentch! I'm not sure if you're the right person to bring this up with but CA Juv Hall Miller Nielsen doesn't have a Form Fields tab, so S1's generate in the initial posting of the lead but without the Form Fields tab, all S1's need to be added manually into the reports. Just wanted to bring that up. If it's not a big deal for your purposes, I totally understand. I have no problem adding it manually, but others who utilize the reporting functions and are less familiar with the system might have trouble finding it.

@Cameron Rentch I added a new tab to the bottom of the Bard PowerPort Replacement Requests report.

I found 3 cases that are possibly questionable while the rest check out:

Line 4 (596755 Karen Wyatt) seems like a weak case despite meeting qualifying criteria. She stated she removed the ports herself and also stated she required surgical intervention. I'm under the impression she had an IV in her arm but the location of the port system was not detailed in the file or on the call. The thought of removing a PowerPort on your own sounds excruciating and gives me visions of Tony Stark installing that power core in his chest.

Line 7 (593263 Luvasia Greene) appears to toe a fine line. The port's "migration" was the port sinking into the PNC's hand due to a nurse exerting too much pressure while giving the PNC a medication dose. I'm not sure if that would fall within the definition of "migration."

Line 9 (581374 William Cook) may not have had a qualifying device. He stated he received it following a severe car accident and needed surgery to repair his ruptured spleen. He's positive it was a PowerPort model but this is not in alignment with any uses I've ever encountered for this device.

Hey @Cameron Rentch! During my reporting, I've noticed a couple of situations that seem related that I wanted to share with you. They all revolve around 1 Chowchilla (Chowchilla Womens Prison Abuse - DL - Flatirons) campaign and a couple of Paraquat campaigns. We're seeing instances in Chowchilla where a PNC will fill out an inquiry through Facebook, then the algorithm will recommend other inquiries to the PNC, which the PNC also fills out. When the additional inquiries are submitted, the original lead created from the first inquiry is updated with the information from the additional inquiries, resulting in 1 lead having multiple S1's and Leadspedia ID's. Here are some example files where I've observed this: 679600, 681066, 678476, 680356. I believe this to be the result of Law Ruler matching the contact information of the PNC with the existing contact card, prompting an update to the original leads, rather than creating separate files for each inquiry. It is most likely due to multiple S1's being designated for a single campaign. Conversely with Paraquat, we're seeing the same PNC create multiple files off of inquiries where S1's point at different Paraquat campaigns (ex. 681640 in Paraquat 12 - DL - Flatirons and 681638 in Paraquat - AWD - Wagstaff).

The majority of the files in question seem to have clients who are not responding to ACTS's attempts to reach them. I went back to review all of the calls. It's been brought to my attention from the intake floor that there's a specific S1 in Paraquat - AWD - Wagstaff (PL-FacebookMB-JACMP-ParaquatForm010) that is generating a high number of leads with non-qualified PNC's. The vast majority of these PNC's are Spanish speakers who believe they are applying for a job. If I'm not mistaken, we had a similar issue with a Camp Lejeune S1 late in 2023. I've compiled the last week's worth of leads in a spreadsheet and a pivot table to highlight the S1 that is behaving abnormally. Please let me know if you need any additional information. I see. Since you’re on a Mac, it’s probably just converting those date fields incorrectly when the file opens because Microsoft and Apple aren’t the best at communicating with each other.

Note conversion rate for Firefoam has declined steadily since November, where criteria has been the same (with exception of a small window of time where no firms accepted thyroid disease)

October = 14% November = 12% December = 11% January = 9% February = 9%

The good news is that last 7 days conversion rate has jumped to 10%. For this campaign to be successful we need a minimum 17% conversion rate

Agreed. The contact rate has been significantly down compared to what we're accustomed to seeing. I'm not certain of the exact timeframes, but I do know there is a dedicated portion of the day where AFFF is the primary focus of our outbound dials, however, the frequency of receiving spam inquiries has made the numbers in the last 3 weeks much messier.

  1. Ronika Love of Wisconsin had TVM implanted to treat POP in June 2019. In May 2022, she began experiencing pelvic inflammation and urinary dysfunction. At an appointment in August 2022, her doctor recommended the TVM be removed. The removal surgery occurred November 2022. This claim would qualify.

  2. Heather Neel of Louisiana had TVM implanted to treat SUI in December 2020. In April 2021, she began experiencing pain during intercourse, pelvic pain, pelvic inflammation, and pressure on the nerves. At an appointment in May 2021, it was revealed that the mesh had eroded into her colon and the TVM was subsequently removed in June 2021. This claim would not qualify.

  3. Justine Herbert of Oregon had TVM implanted to treat POP in May 2020. In July 2023, she began experiencing urinary dysfunction and pain during intercourse. At an appointment in October 2023, her doctor recommended the TVM be removed. The removal surgery occurred in December 2023. This claim would qualify.

Hey @Cameron Rentch! Hope your weekend went well! I'm auditing Chowchilla leads created between Friday and Sunday and noticed a couple of different issues. Some of these leads are PNC's that we've previously signed for different Chowchilla campaigns that the marketing for SGGH-Meadow reached again. Those 3 are at the top of this sheet highlighted in yellow in Column D. Additionally, I noticed a good number of these leads don't have S1's but were created through the API. Hey @Cameron Rentch! I ran a DQ report for the new NEC AWKO campaign. I did notice that a handful of the files were created by the father of the PNC and many of them haven't been able to give definitive answers regarding the PNC's diagnosis. Those files could possibly convert if the father is able to find the appropriate information or if the PNC's mother calls in to provide a positive diagnosis. Hi @Cameron Rentch! Malissa just informed me that we received communication from the firm regarding the Northwell Sleep Center campaign. Their email seemed to intimate that we are sending them files with non-qualifying facilities still. This is not the case. The files they cited were Darlene Allen and Celestine Colombo, who were signed 7/31 and 8/1 respectively. Their clarification regarding the qualifying facilities was communicated to us 8/2. They appear to be requesting replacements for these files. I will create a spreadsheet and share it with you.
