Leadspedia Contract Names case types must match the Vertical Names exactly or the SL Orders table and SL Media Raw table will not match up and show it on the Orders Dashboard page. Found two examples. I have updated Media Raw table, Leadspedia and corrected this mistake in the Call Center Costs tables.

They will not go into the dashboard until financials and adjustments have been completed on 3/12/24, and the reports off by 4 not 5.

*Thread Reply:* @Luke Fontaine, I fixed this in DONOTTOUCH, using the Missing Spend SQL I saw these 4, 7 and 5 Illinoise Juv, looking at #dailynumbers, I see Maximus accidentally picked Illinois Clergy Abuse, so Calc_Perf did not allocate the spend. Just keep close eye on "missing spend" when leads are more than 1 to 2 and not trickle-in leads.

I just tried the all time billable leads on my end with filters and it did load. I'd recommend trying the following if you have not yet already: • refresh the data • refresh the webpage • check to make sure the web browser your using is up to date • check your computer settings as well that they are running on the most up-to-date software version

@deleted-U04GZ79CPNG it came to my attention that there are 4 leads under Bailey Glasser/Meirowitz & Wasserberg that have been misassigned by agents; see attached list. They're currently assigned to Michigan Juv Hall, however that contract does not exist for this firm. • I need to know what contract these leads are supposed to be assigned to • Michigan Juv Hall - BG - Meirowitz Wasserberg needs to be deleted from LP as I don't see any record of it being an active campaign and to prevent future agent confusion •
@Luke Fontaine, put those at 3200, use the Contract ID Maryland Juvenile Hall Abuse - BG/Meirowitz/Wasserberg (TIP) - Contract 1328, (so Apply Adjustments deducts from that contract) but make the Contract Name equal Michigan Juvenile Hall Abuse - Bailey Glasser/Meirowitz Wasserberg (TIP) - Shield Legal.

@here, updated version of the "e-Sign Retainers" lead "LawRuler Status" life cycle. Remember, this will become a table in our new data warehouse that the dashboard uses to know how to carefully reconcile what goes into our Billable Leads log dashboard for confirming real-time billing revenue and sign ups for Shield Legal financials.
Note that Billable will be the required to equal "Yes" it to be in this Billable Leads log dashboard in the new system in development, but the combination of the "Billable" = Yes & "Terminal" = Yes will be how we allow the sign ups to be counted and updated for other financials. Meaning, we'll have a an "Open Billable" and "Closed Billable" type setup where the "difference" can be compared to snuff out leads that have been wrong changed status, etc.

TIP team, on the TIP Operations Dashboard the first page Shield Orders has been updated to reflect all deals coming from the new Shield Legal sales CRM. I am still working to connect it to your sign ups, leads sold so I can be used to monitor orders but it can be used for several things to help improve processes:
When a deal is in Pipeline Stage called "Funded & Setup" that is your alert to know a new intake is coming your way soon. The sales team (Cam (via Greg Owen & Mark Maniora), Andy, Patsy, etc.) are all using Copper where their deals will be added once we have won the deals, payment has been made and the Integration question is coming.
- @deleted-U055HQT39PC, this can help you see the Vertical Names before they may be setup on Leadspedia for Intake Template naming cues.
- @Mike @Dwight Thomas, you can see upcoming integrations if known at the time they are ready for setup.
- @Mark Maniora and @Greg Owen are responsible for moving deals from Setup, Live or Complete stages.
- @Tony @deleted-U04GU9EUV9A @deleted-U04GZ79CPNG @deleted-U06AYDQ4WVA this will show you how many units are approximated for the order, which we know can change but this is how the deals were sold.

Since we are working in a brand new system with very very different architecture, we need to define exactly what we are looking for with @Ryan tomorrow, and see what metrics are available to gather it with @deleted-U06GD22CLDC
• If all we need is total talk time per campaign, and we can define what we want when we say "total talk time" in the morning, we should be able to get that by EOD Thursday. @Rose Fleming • If we want total talk time per lead, where the lead has passed through any billable status, per campaign, we should be able to deliver that by EOD Friday with some significant push and no other projects to pull us away. • Splitting the talk time into intake / QA / Secondary is not possible given what we have immediately available for numerous reasons, but if requested we can begin the process of system design for that and after system design, give an estimate on how long that may take.

Given these parameters, I put together a report of Five9 total talk time, split by lead_id, case type, skill ( skill delegation is not 100% accurate for reasons listed on README) and split into campaigns with the marketing source delegated as Shield Legal.

Through the new financial pipeline, I am consistently finding more leads than the current process is finding and displaying on the dashboard.
I built a test that lists billable Ret leads that my new financial pipeline finds**, but are not included in your e-signs yesterday, and runs tests to ensure they should pass.
They all pass current criteria so please et me know if any of these should NOT be considered billable, and why so I can adjust criteria. (Excluding the one billable denied by firm. Making adjustments for that)
****** Leads found are based on the criteria we discussed (Current status must contain "Signed e-Sign", and lead must have transitioned into a status containing "Signed e-Sign" on the given date. Do not include leads with "Secondary" in the Status, and only include leads where "Shield Legal" is the marketing source. Leads attached here are NOT found in "e-Signs Yesterday" financials dashboard

• My inclination says the last day because that will result in the least amount of errors. • For example: ◦ Lead # 697569 - On the 20th it went through the flow and got flagged in the verify stage. Because it finished the day as 'Signed e-Sign Flagged', it may still not pass and thus we would not want to bill on it until we know if it's good or not. ◦ Then, this morning (3/21) the lead entered a 'Signed e-Sign QA WIP stage' meaning we still do not know if it will pass and if it does become a send-able lead, we won't know until at least later today. @Nick Ward @deleted-U06C7A8PVLJ @deleted-U06CVB2MHRN Tagging you all for visibility, but if you know, please let me know!

• Upon request I can modify this to include anything that WAS a billable status and no longer is, but we would catch Denied, Flags, and other leads that should not go through. • When we compared this new system to the old financial log system, we found 3 on the old financial log that should not be there, and found 9 leads that should have been found on the old financial log but were not. • One good example is Lead # 702578 Which entered into Sign e-Sign Final yesterday, but the current financial dashboard did not find it (Pictures attached in the link above under Manual Confirmation tab)

@Ryan If it does turn out to be secondary, Do we want to modify the old finances to not include "CLJ Military Records - DL - NON Flatirons" as it is a secondary campaign? Noticing quite a few leads are showing up on the current financials and wanted to bring it to attention.

Primary reasons for discrepancies are false positives in the old system; (Secondary interviews and Non-Billable status's being counted in the Old financial System)

@Ryan Good question~ fortunately, the discrepancies aren’t due to an issue with the SQL in NewFin, so no adjustment is needed on our end.
The 18 discrepancies are expected - they’re coming from the old system’s logic, which is counting secondary interviews and leads in non-billable statuses as billable.
NewFin intentionally excludes those based on campaign type and lead status, so what we are seeing is NewFin correctly filtering those out. Happy to walk through the logic in more detail if helpful!
The old system still has secondary interviews/post retainers in it that are billable, Edward also reconciled those on a monthly basis since we don’t need to build weekly ever

• Because we are now able to change the cost/pay/ect at whim with Re-tool, and track how those prices change over time, a single campaign may have different payouts depending on the day/time that changed. • In our previous meeting, Cam instructed us to count the "billable date" as the earliest date/time of "Signed e-Sign" rather than the latest. • Since we now have the historical table of IO Rev Rates, and a constantly updating "is this lead billable" check, it makes sense to tie the rev rates timestamp to that earliest e-signed date, but because we are going by earliest e-signed and not latest e-signed, there will be situations where we assign Rev rates based off a time where the lead should not have been made "billable" yet.
That’s a great question, you would think that tip being a separate company, it’s effective rates are when Toni and Melissa and that side change them, whether influenced by the shield side or just because of their discretion

So I'd check against these later on the day since I noticed it is a trend for that (so essentially if that is the case then we will have a 1 for 1 match with new fin and old fin)

@James Turner , what about the Shield Legal table?
The billableleadswithratesand_lp table which is what feeds the shield legal tables, has been updated. As long as the tables that refer to it use a select **, they will also receive the new columns available.
In the case where they pull columns from it, but not select **, they should still be good as we avoided any column name changes for the purpose of avoiding any issues.
The only places we may see issues are on resources that use the now legacy pctiddatafrom_excel as a dependency.
Those resources won't crash, as I made sure to keep all scheduled queries for the time being, but they do need to be migrated over.
Let Nick and Zek know about the tables update led and new fields if any please. Thanks for crushing the solutions. Really appreciate the focus work.

Looking at them in LR they were previously in signed e-signed statuses but currently went into Sent eSign - Unsigned or Sent e-Sign statuses which is why they are not in the new fin database. Otherwise they are 100% match. Might be wise to have another table or a piece of code that shows a status go from a signed status into a "Sent eSign - Unsigned" since after 24 hours of not signing a document it goes into that status and sometimes if not check they can "stay in that status" which can cause discrepancies.

Payroll Restructure in Retool @Rose Fleming @Ryan
• A few weeks ago we discussed splitting out Agent Commissions into it's own field, which has been awesome so far!
• In order to ensure that success continues, we want to make sure the correct values are being summed together and placed in the right boxes on retool.
• I (@James Turner) will be sending you @Rose Fleming a list of fields provided to me by @Ryan, explaining what payroll values to put in what boxes on Retool.
• When possible, please go onto the operating expenses retool, and make sure that the values as far back as 2024-01-01 are correct.
• If anything does need to be updated, simply make the changes in the retool fields, and then select 'Execute Expense Change'
• I have created a snapshot backup of current data in case we run into any issues.

From there, we can design a tool for supervisors in GCP that brings more transparency and control to commission tracking. I know the initial pause on this project was related to concerns around Paylocity and visibility into hourly pay. Maybe we can explore a solution that keeps that data private, but still gives Cam what he needs for accurate reporting. I’ve got a few thoughts on how we might tackle this—let’s sync next week to talk through it!

Granted 2 out of the 4 are in "sent status" but previous status was a signed status (intake / pd must of sent a new doc for PNC to signed). The other 2 are currently in signed statuses. As of today we are officially migrating from PCTID-V1 (Excel Sheet) to the new Primary Casetype ID System in Retool (PCTIDV2)
We will be officially retiring the old PCTID files from the database. If you experience any issues with your data, please let me know so I can help bring it over to the new system. Thank you!

‼️Notice - Week Change - "Weekly dashboards changing from Sunday start, to Monday Start."
Previously all dashboards build in Looker Studio defaulted to the week starting on Sunday.
I am currently in the process of transitioning the dashboards to Looker Enterprise, which by default only has the option for the week to start on Monday.
To reduce confusion, I will be changing the "E-signs this week" on NewFin dashboards to change from Sunday to Monday. Expect a difference in numbers.

Think there is only 1 for Soup, Nevada but not sure on others. @deleted-U06C7A8PVLJ write a SELECT DISTINCT casetype, group by case type and get count of lrlead_id and you will know which ones we need to update in the new and old TIP BI systems and update SL old financials with @Zekarias Haile.

@Ryan @Zekarias Haile TIP dashboard numbers match overall, but there is a discrepancy in the AWKO Mormon between the in statute and out of statute cases. TIP has +4 OSOL cases and Shield has +4 in statute cases. OSOL: 6/23, 6/2, 6/25, 6/7, 6/26 have numbers that don't match in statue: 6/2, 6/3, 6/23, 6/25 have numbers that don't match

I am currently beginning work on Dashboard 0 to add support for data segmented by the location of the intake agent involved.
