Compiling a list of co-counsel wouldn’t really cure this—as its not a sure thing that if we occasionally work with firm A that they are actually working with us on client X. For that reason, please have the representative email Kim and myself with the name so we can do individual confirmations. We’d like to keep clients rather than have them go with someone else—and MANY clients retained several law firms. Handling those carefully and in a effort to remain their law firm as we advance, then, is key.
