@Cameron Rentch I looked at a couple leads and the filters and see the issue. The Filter has "S1=PL-FacebookMB-CPCMP-LAWFACTS01D" but it failed because the S1 was "PL-FacebookMB-CPCMP-LAWFACTS01D"

We need to remove the "S1=" from some of the filters. I will update and make sure the commas are correct between each one

Criteria is the same EXCEPT we WILL take thyroid diease Make sure the retainer agreement is the SAME ONE used on Nations Levinson AFFF Tyroid disease. This is a 90% Levinson, 10% Nations retainer. Please check and review.
