I believe they'll be impressed with the dashboard, especially since I'm incorporating features and filters that aren't possible with pivot tables (attaching a screenshot as an example). Since this is for Flatirons, I can easily grant them access via the existing "Flatirons Group" we set up for their Looker Enterprise dashboard (flatirons-dash@shield-legal.com). Could I present this to you first thing tomorrow morning? I'll dedicate today to ensuring everything is ready.

Good morning — I’m sharing the link to the two dashboards for Chowchilla and San Bernardino: https://shieldlegal.cloud.looker.com/boards/22 I set them up under a Looker board so they’re all in one place. You can click into the specific case type (like Chowchilla or San Bernardino) and access the dashboards from there. I added filters that I think will be most commonly used, but I can add others if needed. Access has been granted to the Flatirons Group, so as long as they log in with their credentials & they have the link, they should be good to go. @Cameron Rentch Update on the dashboards

  3. remove claimant email addresses It appears we are missing the the facility where abused on a ton of the san bernardino., that needs to be fixed. There must be a facilkity listed for each claimant

Updated. I did for both Chowchilla and San Bernardino removing those three. As for the facility, are you referring to central valley, high desert juv, etc ? Also, Alex C from VSS has been super helpful with the data work for the Chowchilla dashboard and would likely be a great resource for future dashboard support as well. Would it be possible to get her set up with Looker Enterprise credentials? From what I’m seeing, it looks like she might need a paid viewer license to access the dashboards—though let me know if I’m wrong on that.

@Cameron Rentch I was able to complete the dashboard for Polinsky Children's Center Abuse. Link: https://shieldlegal.cloud.looker.com/dashboards/130 Also can be found in the board with the other dicello SA cases (link): https://shieldlegal.cloud.looker.com/boards/22 Please note I used the intake questions which isn't as depth as the secondary interview so some fields may be missing due to that. The other dashboards I built was using the SEC (secondary interview questions) since that one has all that is needed but with this dashboard I was able to scrap quite a bit of info. Also I found 3 other ones that were signed in these statuses: WIP, retrigger and signed & declined. I included them for now but I can remove if needed

Hey @Cameron Rentch — quick update: I’m making strong progress on the backend development to automate dashboard updates. I’ll be transitioning to building out the visuals next. Would it be possible to get an extra day or two to finish setting up the SA abuse dashboards? Each one contains ~40 questions, and with 9 total dashboards, that's around 360 data points to map and structure. I’m currently creating a dedicated data table for each campaign, joining fields from multiple sources, and aligning them to specific questions. Once those tables are ready, I’ll connect them to Looker, build the LookML, and then create the visuals — all with automated updating in mind, rather than static reports. I could rush out the visuals today, but I think it’s cleaner and more sustainable to wire them directly into the database pipeline. With that said since they need PFAS AFFF military base cases by EOD I will make sure that one is good to go but the others I may need a bit more time if that is okay?

This allows us to move forward while I continue developing the automated backend that will eventually pull data directly from our database. The static dashboard should be ready within the next few hours. After that, I’ll shift focus back to the SA abuse dashboards. I’m currently building out the necessary database tables and pulling in the correct fields for all 9 campaigns. My goal is to have those ready by end of this week or, at the latest, by Monday. I’ll continue sharing progress updates daily as I work through them. Let me know if you have any questions or need anything prioritized differently

Okay for dashboard #133 - we have total 490 law ruler IDs. For dashboard #146 which is the new one we had 352 but now it is 521. The reason it was showing 352 instead of 521 since one of the filters which is "number of known exposures" was filtering out 169 of them even though I put all counts (which has up to 100,000 exposures). So simple fix, I simply removed that filter for now and now it is showing 521. This is the most up to date # and the one you sent to them 490 is just slightly outdated so if you need to send it to them daily I will make sure it gets updated daily (currently building the code for that but I can update manually til code is ready) just need to know by what time you need that dashboard updated / ready for you to send

Okay I found the discrepancy. It is the statuses. To confirm the 483 on the benchmark consists just of these statuses: Signed e-Sign FINAL, Signed e-Sign QA, Signed e-Sign RE-TRIGGERED, Signed e-Sign FINAL - SENT

My dashboard was also including WIP and signed & declined. If that is the case, I shall remove those and only keep the ones above that way it will match 483

@Cameron Rentch I have Firefighting Foam - DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal dashboard is ready to go. Friendly heads up, I'm still finishing up the automation code for this dashboard along with the other dashboard (testing & code building), but for now, I've set it up so I can quickly update it manually within a few minutes without any issues. This lets me shift focus to reconciling the Flatirons data. I've double-checked against the Flatirons benchmark, and everything matches up—I included a screenshot for verification. Quick heads-up: I noticed Law Ruler ID 573652 has an answer marked "None of these - disqualify" under client diagnosis but still shows a signed e-sign final status. It might be worth having Luis C or Jackson take a quick look at this intake, especially if you're planning on sending a PDF copy over to the firm.
