Good afternoon @Nicholas McFadden@Zekarias Haile. I came across the attached cases in Smart Advocate today that were integrated over the past month. All the info in them is listed as "unknown." I didn't know if these were all test cases or the information didn't import properly. Can you look into this?
Looks like a mapping issue, we are working on it and should a have a fix going forward no later than EOB tomorrow (5/9)
@deleted-U0679HSAMSB This has been fixed. All leads going through integration going forward should have the correct PII.
Perfect! Have the one's on the list been updated or do those need to be re-imported?
They have not been updated. We can re-import them but it will create more cases. We cannot easily update cases but we can give you a report to use in the import wizard.
If you could re-import them, that would be preferable even if it creates more cases, because I can just merge all the cases on the list.
We will get that done for you tomorrow.
