@here Ryan, LaToya was asked to put the Chiropractor website to the very back of her queue right now.

We have had some recent changes in the team that has caused us to lean on her for a great deal of work for Shield Clients.

She will work on it as time allows.

I apologize for the inconvenience however we did not have this even on our radar until recently and this does explain why she was backed up.

ok @Adrienne Hester @Andy Rogers @Ryan we have a problem. Since we do not host https://events.navisinc.com/somcon24/ where the registration page is, we can not run traffic to this page (inability to place pixel).

The only option we have is to update the links on the https://shadesofmass.org/ and https://shadesofmass.org/events/ to link directly to this page https://events.navisinc.com/somcon24/areg/Site/Register.

We will place an "add to cart" event pixel on this page https://shadesofmass.org/events/ and use this for traffic, but the signals will be false reads.

TBH the results are going to be pretty poor, as last year we placed the pixel directly on the "register link" on the actual registration page https://shadesofmass.org/second-annual-shades-of-mass-conference-miami-registration/ which required the users to actually submit their registration information.

This is a big problem and should have been carefully discussed and through thru prior to this.

@Andy Rogers we are going to need to have a conversation with Larry and/or Fu about this so they are prepared. Personally, I think it is not worth it to spend any money with this set up, as it will only be "directional", meaning we will be running a basic "traffic" initiative/objective.

  2. Please triple check all of the links to ensure they are all pointing properly
  3. On this page: https://shadesofmass.org/events/ a. add a new page that links to a events/houston b. on this new page we need to create a strong call to action (landing page style that encompasses everything that is currently on navis page here https://events.navisinc.com/somcon24/) . Suggest clone, rip the content and upload images from their page with the top of our current page c. Top of the page , starting, should be same as https://shadesofmass.org/events/ , with a LARGE "Register Now" button, then flow into the ripped/cloned copy of navis content/page with interspersed "Click Here to Register" that anchors to the very top large button where the pixel will be placed. We need to do this very quickly. Please send me link to new page when ready. For purposes of illustration.

ok @LaToya and @Adrienne Hester here is my only feedback:

  1. on the Register button, update to read "Register Today"
  2. change the "book hotel" link to "Register Now" (Note this should "anchor" to the top actual button (not click to the navis registration page)
  3. change the "learn more" Houston button to "Register Here" (Note this should "anchor" to the above actual button (not click to the navis registration page)
  4. change the Next steps "Register to Attend" button to "anchor" to the top actual button (not click to the navis registration page) I understand this is a bit abnormal, but we will have the pixel limited to fire on only the top button, so if people click the other ones we wont be able to track activity or optimize the ad campaign.

Great job here!

Note - now that we have this page done, we can change the button on the main home page of shaed of mass to link back to the other navis event page

Has she seen the landing page "https://shadesofmass.org/2024-som-conference/" that we created for the ads? I would assume we could simply add a button on this page https://shadesofmass.org/events/, right above the "presented by Shield" and have it say "View Agenda" and link it to "https://shadesofmass.org/2024-som-conference/ where the agenda is?
