Just wanted to give an update. I originally thought I would be able to get through the five 9 training by the end of day tomorrow but its just not realistic. It took me 6 hours to do the supervisor plus bc I had to keep stopping to help agents. So my goal is to have it done by the end of the week. Hopefully the other 3 sections aren't as long lol
