Intake is just the term for a "lead that has entered the call center domain"
Intake Under Review just means they are "working a front-end-qualified lead" to see if they qualify to sign on the back end, that's why it's a pre-conversion contact status.
We are pushing to increase call volume as mentioned leads should be better quality but we need to drive better CPL

@here - Ryan and Kris are certainly already aware but we have successfully been able to push all log-level data (day 1 - yesterday) to the Looker instance, which is good news.
Ryan is evaluating as we speak but this is right in line with helping us ID and optimize based on a clearer path to conversion
@Ryan thank you for working with us to get that done as it should prove to be a significant next phase re performance optimization!
Also, just want to verify that we're still at 3 conversions total - is that correct?

Correct @here, 34 captured leads, 3 sign ups, 1 qualified but had representation so declined.

I do have all log data from last week put into a database table but the IP addressess are not matching for the conversions that we extract from our lead software versus whatever device your ad server log data shows they saw the ad on....I'll take a look at all four to double check one more time but if not, there is no way to know what ad interactions go to our conversions.
@Kris Standley @deleted-U05R3DS0AGL @deleted-U02JM6UC78T confirmed the IP address I am getting from phone-call-only leads who saw your ads is the IP Address of our call tracking software, not the IP of the device they saw the ad. So the log data is not linkable to because lead created date and timestamp does not truly correlate to the same time of an ad impression as you can assume. I think the S1 code is as good as we can get here.
Thanks @Ryan - got it re the IP addresses but how about some filters re time stamps (LL Data) as that can help validate publisher level optimizations as well as inform others? Apply some filters that enable those quick views could be helpful.

Just a thought re how we can keep getting tighter on our optimizations and since it's all in the same view at this point there may be value there
I can put your log data into a 30 minute window of the phone lead creation date and see what that shows, just concerned it is an "assumption based" path to conversion. That sound okay?
Agree in that it's an assumption and we wouldn't use it to completely rule publishers out but may provide validation as well as directional data for further optimiations.

We hope to at least give some "directional data" on what publishers, devices and frequencies, among the city, day and campaign tiers. I do not have any further data since May 8, so if you want this for the 4th lead (most recent one on 10th) have your guys push over more Ad Server Log Data.

@Kris Standley, the phone tracking inbound DID to TIP are ready but being tested by TIP team. Then @Brian Hirst has to setup the contracts to send forms and call lead-receipt posts into LawRuler, so we are not ready yet to go live.

We need you to use a number that you have not used before to test in the past, as our application only send over the lead-form from the call tracking software once per "new caller" and me and my teams' phone numbers are not new callers
