It isn’t a consistent thing, I don’t keep tabs on him to be honest since he reports to you directly. What I do know is that he has had a hard time taking meetings with clients and couldn’t get rooms so would take some of the bigger ones from home, in general programming is nicer without all the distraction too, and then recently he hasn’t been in because his car got totaled so he was looking to get a new car and working from home in the interim.
