Good morning Brittany. Can you do me a favor and try to pull a report from the custom report builder, nothing specific, it's just not working for me. Trying to figure out if it's a LR issue or me issue.

Hello! I will be in the office shortly. Is the problem that your report is not showing up after a long wait time? If so, that is a universal issue with law ruler and it happens intermittently. Sometimes the reports all show up in an hour, sometimes it's 2. If that isn't your issue, I will help as much as I can when I am in the office shortly
