This morning I overheard in the intake team's 8am huddle thing that they are having a problem with duplicate PNRs in Lawruler. Is there a way to automagically prevent that so the duplicate never gets to the intake person in the first place?

We used the list that Gina sent after I asked for confirmation. My original list had the intake address. We can add it back in right now.
I don't think a call is necessary as we will work with whatever list you give us. We just need an accurate, up-to-date, email list that Mark Maniora can use for email automations. Once we have an official list from your end, we can use that for campaign distributions.
If there is an integration issue, I can alert that team and they can get in touch with you to set up a meeting for any integration with Lead Docket or Smart Advocate
