Good Morning Ryan, I'm having a CTM issue. My phone isn't notifying me when I have any incoming calls & it's not ringing when calls are coming through. This is also happening while my status is available. I've reset my computer, logged in & out, & no change to my issue.

*Thread Reply:* But yes; he can check your settings remotely.
*Thread Reply:* I can take calls if I see it coming through. But there's no notification popping up when calls come through, no ringtone notifying me, & it has only rang twice with ringtone & notification today.

I am leaving at 2pm today technically in a little bit so, the issue can wait tomorrow if @Joe Santana doesn't have time at the moment.
@Joe Santana, I checked @deleted-U06M9VC79A5 CTM settings and everything seems normal. Wonder if Browser issue are causing these? "No pop-ups", etc.
Good Morning Ryan, Trisha is not at her desk currently, but IT is working on her computer.
I will inform her to see how things are going when she gets back to her desk.
I stand corrected Trisha will not be in the office today I have just been informed.
Once Joe is done reviewing her PC, have her let us know if she sees this continue when she gets back
