• @Cameron Rentch and @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW we are having trouble finding 10 leads back from 2022 in this DeMayo acquisition, attached is some of their data. We are only able to find the secondaries but DL believes we did the intakes. We have been unable to find any matching intakes. Can either of you recall if we conducted the intakes and if so where would that data live? In DL's LItify you can see in the image provided that their "Referred By" column has the following: • Shield Legal: 7 cases • Jinks Crow, PC: 2 cases • Word of Mouth: 1 case Therefore, at least 3 by their own record were not ours but we still cannot find the other 7. We have seen their agents incorrectly designate us as the referred by part in the past but due to Abe's insistence we are asking for your guidance.

Yes. Also I would simply just need the retainer signed dates for those 10 clients so I can include them in the weekly flatirons financials reports

Update @Nicholas McFadden I reviewed these 10 clients again and still couldn't locate their original intake profiles in Law Ruler. I searched thoroughly by name, alternate names from the activity logs, phone numbers (including any alternate numbers), mailing addresses, and emails. Richard and I also checked Litify for fields indicating a "retainer signed date" or something similar, but we couldn't find that information either.

Given the extensive checks, I'm confident that these intakes either weren't completed by us or might exist elsewhere (e.g., a Google spreadsheet or DL system). Please let me know what we should do since I do have the template1 and template2 for flatirons weekly financials ready minus those 10 additional DeMayo clients
