Hi @James Scott, wanted to say a quick hello. Here is the link to the JPML website which posts all current/pending MDLs as well as those that have been terminated. I'm not sure which report would be most useful to you, but they provide the same information in several different list formats. If there is a way to include which drugs already have a pending MDL (or not), that would be extremely useful. Happy to help however I can, feel free to reach out if there's anything I can do.
Thank you so much! Yes we are going to need to catch up
No problem, happy to hop on a call anytime π
Yes letβs talk tomorrow since to will be using the app to get some guidelines on how you would use it and feature enhancements
I'll be in office from 7:45am_4:30pm-ish PST and I have no other calls scheduled for tomorrow, so I'm free when you are
Yeah, the lunch introductions were rough π
Very rough couldnβt hear anything π π π
All I heard was sandwiches being chewed around me.
I'm packing up to head home. My work email is ckitanovski@shield-legal.com just shoot me a meeting invite for whatever time is good for you tomorrow. See you then!
Sounds good itβs late for me here I will send it in the morning !

ok i can message u tomoror wmorning and we can have the meeting!
Okay sounds good, I'll keep an eye out for the message.
@James Scott can you send me a screenshot of the medilens screen when you're looking at dupixent so I can explain to Cam that the lymphoma he wants happens to fall under the something-something-melanoma category which happens to be, in plain-english-words... "skin cancer." I can't remember what that column was named in your system
And I was typing up a message myself lol you can handle it let me look
Was the category that it falls under for a icd 10 code perspective
maybe i misspoke. what category was it that you pointed to that the lymphoma would fall under?
maybe my adderall hasnt kicked in yet then... wasnt it longer?
Is the medical diagnosis category of lymphoma
i thought it had some fancy words around it
Maybe the other columns but I told cam this the other day to neoplasms is the medical category that skin cancer lymphoma falls under
see I knew there was a skin cancer mention in here, somewhere π΅βπ«
i'll go manually pull the FDA adverse event data and screenshot it to him.
@James Scott I went onto FAERS and pulled the data manually to answer Cam's question the long, manual, human way π Like you said, all lymphoma-related adverse events fall under the reaction group "Neoplasms Benign, Malignant And Unspecified (Incl Cysts And Polyps)".
I totaled all adverse events where the word "lymphoma" appears in the reaction name, including Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, B-Cell Lymphoma, etc.
So far in 2025, we've got 10 different lymphoma adverse events totaling 61 cases out of 86,898 total Dupixent-related adverse events. Within the 2025 "Neoplasms Benign, Malignant And Unspecified" category (646 total cases), lymphoma events represent 9.4% of all neoplasm-related adverse events.
If we use all available FAERS data (2017-present), there are 32 different lymphoma adverse events totaling 365 cases out of 358,343 total Dupixent-related adverse events. Within the 2017-2025 "Neoplasms Benign, Malignant And Unspecified" category (2,838 total cases), lymphoma events represent 12.9% of all neoplasm-related adverse events.
The good news is... I have validated your Medilens tool!! I got 646 cases under neoplasm for 2025!!
Awesome !! Yes the data isnβt refreshed yet so ours would prob match when it does !
I could swear it said 646 neoplasms
I am bad with words but good with numbers.
that is close enough!!!!!!! IT LIIIIIIIIIIIIIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!
ahahha yes yes!! im excited as well, curious what did u go to shcool for
phd in chemistry, everyone's favorite subject. minored in math.
mines was major in stats lol and phd !! i hated school lol
i figured if i was going to go, and i was going to be the only person in my family to ever go to college, and i wanted my three children to never be able to say the words "mom, I can't" to me... i should just go to all of the college.
therefore, i went to all of the college.
