We used to only have https://shield-legal.com/ but he recently bought https://shieldlegal.com and wanted it copied over for now. Not sure iof at some point he will jjust want the old one pointed over but for now there are two.

@LaToya Just double checking that this is the correct website? I see in the WP chat that it's for a landing page for Ben Crump. You might want to doubnle check that they don't mean https://shieldlegalnetwork.com/ which is used for landing pages instead of our our "Company" website https://shield-legal.com/

@Mike @Mark Hines Good Morning/Afternoon 🙂 Norma from The Law Offices of Steven Gacovino is inquiring about their Cloudflare account. I only have access to their GoDaddy account which isn't what they need access to. We're trying to figure out if either:

  1. Either of you have access to their Cloudflare account or
  2. Know the company who managed their account before Brandlytics did, if any Their IT department (gentleman named Brian Johnson - ) is trying to modify the MX records and make changed to their email.

@LaToya we do manage that domain and dns.. the quickest and easiest thing would be for him to give me the dns record he wants added/replaced, and I'll get it done. I don't have time to deal with account delegation or dns transfers right now lol
