hi I just want to confirm the welcome letter sggh/meadow made for the Michigan campaign goes out when the client is being signed. usually I get replies to it so I am just double checking. =]

@deleted-U06F9N9PB2A if I remember correctly it should be going out 24 hours after. Kasia requested we wait a bit in case they change their mind or get dq’d after the fact. :) @Mark Maniora can you confirm?
