There are a lot of discussions going on in the company about people overlapping and doing various things in different roles

It’s incredibly important that everybody understands that the companies that they work for are where they are.

@Nicholas McFadden your a Shield legal employee so everything that goes on related to Shield is what you need to focus on.

@Nick Ward you are a tort intake professionals employee so you need to focus on everything in that company

We need to have conversation tomorrow to make sure that everybody is clear on where their roles and responsibilities land.

I am OK with moving people to different companies, but we need to understand the impacts of all of those things

And we need to understand the people that we are talking about whether they are doing work that relates to data which company specifically it is for there needs to be a clear line.

But on that note Aidan and Edward are interested in data analytics team so that is something we can make beneficial to Tony and his teams specifically. Analysts come in all functions.
