@Cameron Rentch @Andy Rogers I want to provide a brief heads-up regarding a meeting tomorrow. Devon, Jackie, and I will be meeting with Jon, Chris, and Ashley from Ben Crump Law at 9:30 AM PST. This meeting marks what I consider Day 1 of our rebuild, and the objective is clear: to listen, realign, and reestablish the level of service we are fully capable of delivering. We intend to gain a clear understanding of their expectations and priorities moving forward. Desiree’s departure, while incredibly unprofessional, provides us with an opportunity to reset and reinforce our commitment to professionalism, accountability, and excellence in execution. I’ve extended a Google Meet invitation to each of you. If you’re able to join, your presence is welcome.
