Team, I need a list of each CSP agent’s ring central number.
I am going to get this central transfer number figured out and I want to be able to provide all the numbers it needs to route to.
once I get those numbers, Laura is going to get the central ring to number set up so we can live transfer calls directly to the CSPs from the PD department.
So we will need to discuss how that is going to play out on the ground
we will implement the live transfer and calendly booking processes simultaneously next week.
so you and I should talk about that and figure out what we want them to say
