For my own efforts, here is my "trip score card" for helping people and make their jobs easier...

  1. Helping Alan save 30 hours per week on Agent Payroll with TIP data scheduling adjustments and new dashboard
  2. Helped Cameron get his reports pre-reconciled so he does not have to reconcile at the end with frustration via Britt & Luke (Tony and Damon aligned)
  3. Helped Andy do the same (Greg and Andy aligned)
  4. Helping Adrienne offload some lead management tasks to Korbin for a daily routine
  5. And of course asking Andy to help me offload client items to Adrienne for Dicello brands, so I can focus on AI and BI development more... Feel like I show up and make peoples lives better in the work context, what else is a more positive outcome. :-)
