Hi @Mike, Cam asked me to have you look at the filters for this page. After testing, there were a couple issues that I found. Can you please check it out and fix per @Cameron Rentch 's request. Thank You. Here are two scenerios that should have triggered a good TY page but instead triggered Unqualified if it helps and I am posted the most recent qualifiers below as well. I'm not sure if anything else is happening. Thank You.

@Cameron Rentch @Mark Hines I double checked the qualifiers on that form.. I had the wrong ID for the state field. I updated it and submitted a test lead, and it worked as expected. please let me know if you see anymore issues and I'll check into them asap
@Mike @Mark Hines please see attached csv for birth injury leads from @Maximus on tik tok. The "year of birth" field is passing the "month" into this field. I can not filter leads and it is messing up things with customer. Can we fix this ASAP please super important.

Just so you are aware there are a lot of leads coming in from Jax paraquat campaign that are duplicate, but are not passing back the proper response codes so they show as not Match if you dig into each of the not match you will see the Lead did not post because it is a duplicate and has the matching Lead ID in LeadsPedia.
@Brian Hirst please look into this ASAP and confirm. If you need to call me, I can explain, but run a report for leads on paraquat click on each of the ones that say not match, then click on click on the disposition and you will see it says duplicate.
I want to make sure nothing is wrong with the posting going into ruler, and that these are in fact, duplicates
Then I need you to correct the response codes coming out of law ruler, so in LeadsPedia it says duplicate instead of not match
@Cameron Rentch I've already checked the zap and it's good. the leads aren't duping out in LP, they are only duping when they are posted from LP to LR
I wasn’t talking about the zap. I’m talking about the fact that the leads show has not match as a response code, and LeadsPedia when they’re trying to post to law ruler.
The biggest problem here, if this is correct, as we need to fix the response codes out of law ruler back to LeadsPedia, so that those leads actually show as duplicate instead of not match

The only thing that concerns me is that Jack has tried to locate these leads in the exclusion lists, and he is not seeing them, so therefore, how could they be duplicate? I need to make sure nothing is wrong with the posting going into Lawyer from LeadsPedia and that it’s not some type of glitch.

That one's a duplicate bc it came through yesterday. Same name and phone number
It says contact attempted bc in lawruler that is the current status of the lead
@Cameron Rentch I've looked all these up in LR so far and they are all there. They are duplicates. In the post response it shows the existing lead ID in Lawruler and the status of the lead. There are instances where the lead has 3-4 duplicates in Leadspedia. What is interesting is all of them are contact attempted. No DQ's or signups in the 40~ I've looked at.

@Cameron Rentch mark and I have gone through the landing pages, zaps, lp, and lr, and we can't find anything that points to an issue on our end. it's not possible to map fields incorrectly on the landing page forms, and the values are provided to us in the zaps, so there's no mapping issue there. as best we can tell, these two leads just so happened to mention firefighting in the comments.
we need more data to troubleshoot further. if you can give us a few of the other lead ids that were affected we can dig deeper.

Note this is added to each out our accounts but needs to be sent up and configured within zapier. Mike we MUST get this done by EOD friday on al active forms so that the data passes through the leadspedia. We must have it pass through as a field "ie consent 1, consent 2, consent 3 and a "Yes" must be passed on.
The consent option should be rolled our in all ad accounts. Could you please set it so the lead pixel only fires for Illinois juvenile abuse if all of the following are true: • For “Were you or loved one sexually abused or assaulted by a corrections officer, parole office or prison guard?” the user selects “Yes” • For “Year abuse/incident occurred” the user selects 2000 or later • For “Age at time of abuse:” the user selects 17 or younger

@Mike can we please double check? I don't see event firing via pixel helper and via test events. Also, can't see the pixel as the choice for web campaigns, so something is off.

@Mike We’ll need to implement a few additional events here, since we can’t use Page View as a target objective on TikTok (see attached screenshot for reference). Let’s set up the following three events:

@Mike I'm assuming the "Complete Registration" event is currently triggered on the "Thank You" page (?) Please also add an additional event: Application Approval – this should fire when users reach the "You qualify for a free evaluation" page. FYI: As a general rule, TikTok requires at least three events on web landers to meet performance tracking standards. The goal is to map the customer journey and capture as many meaningful signals as possible.
In other words, for this case, we need to add a mid-funnel event to help maximize the campaign’s potential performance. Application Approval should do.
Also, please add the View Content event to trigger each time a user answers a multiple-choice or Yes/No question, while ONLY triggering Page View when the user lands on the main lander. This will enable us to target those users in the campaign as an objective, since we can’t use Page View as a target objective on TikTok. Please DM me if you have any questions regarding this. • ViewContent - after clicking the first "next" button

• ApplicationApproval - when they get to the "you qualify" step
• Lead - when they hit the ty page
